PRESENT SIMPLE

Present Simple : We use the simple present to talk about habits and work routines.

Mr. Iskandar Alamsyah wakes  up at 7 a.m. He goes to the gym and spends an hours there. He has  breakfast and than walkes. To the office by motorcycle. He takes  Midday prayer at the break time, and He has Padang Rice and a glass of juice for lunch after prayer. 

He works  until 3 p.m. in school and leaves the office at 4 p.m. On his way hame from the office, he often stops  to buy something to bring hom. At weekens Hegoes swimming with his family.
